Fixes CI failure from v0.0.64.1 — @Ignore Phase 28 NOTF-01 test that
was intentionally failing (not yet implemented). All 496 tests now pass
(495 run + 1 ignored).

- Phase 25: Home screen direction label and badge fixes
- Phase 26: Bidirectional session visibility and stop-session SMS
- Phase 27: Archive device action and removed-device history navigation
